Following the merger with CUA, the transfer of La Trobe Country Credit Co-operative (LCCC) member and account information was integrated with CUA systems on 30 November 2009.

Q. How can I access internet and telephone banking from 1 December 2009?
A. You will need to re-establish access to internet and telephone banking effective from 1 December 2009.

To obtain a new access code to use CUA Telebanker or Web Banker:

  • Drop into your local branch.
  • Call CUA Direct on 133 cua (133 282).

CUA Direct is equipped with a voice recognition system, so you won’t need to press any buttons. Simply tell the system you would like customer service and follow the prompts.

Q. Why won’t my existing access code work?
A. Access codes are encrypted to ensure the highest level of security is provided to our members. System integration did not transfer the encryption.
